The butterfly wing project idea came as a result of geopolitical, economical, and social changes have happened, and the consequences of these events still are growing and are developing as cancerous conditions in entity of many countries and people around the world. That's led to separating and dividing these people into small scattered parts; in order for a global economic system and for a new culture to dominate. That's what happened to my country Iraq. So the first flap of the wing was the war on Iraq and then the occupation, followed by consequences led to destabilization of the geography and the history; therefore its influence has extended as hurricanes and storms that reached lands and too many countries beyond Iraq . I tried to metaphor and to adopt the butterfly body technically for its representation of (kindness, sentiment, softness, movement, traveling and immigration) as a pure natural creature. From this point I tried to deal with the butterfly body artistically by dropping the map idea (geography and city) for it represents human industry and mind production., the figure became with double modeled ( normal ,rational ) both models carry out the mechanism of growth ,upgrading ,death, disintegration and termination. I have tried to conclude to an iconic mark; cursor that could represent something or points to something. Leading us to appreciate the artwork through awakening the mind and capabilities by foresight the imagination.
جناح فراشة
فكرة مشروع جناح فراشة جاءت نتيجة تغيرات وتحولات جيوسياسية (جيوبوليتيك) واقتصادية واجتماعية حدثت وما زالت تداعيات الحدث تنمو وتتطور كحالة سرطانية شملت جسد بلدان وشعوب كبيرة أدت الى تفتيت وتقسيم الشعوب الى اجزاء صغيرة ومبعثرة من اجل سيادة نظام اقتصادي عالمي وثقافة جديدة هذا ما حدث في بلدي العراق فرفة الجناح الاولى كانت حرب واحتلال العراق وتلتها تداعيات أدت الى زعزعة الجغرافية والتاريخ امتد اثره الى اعاصير وعواصف طالت مساحات وبلدان متعددة تجاوزت العراق بكثير حاولت استعارة وتبني جسد الفراشة لما تمثله من (رقة وجمال وليونه وحركة وترحال وهجرة ) وهي كائن طبيعي صرف ومن هنا حاولت معالجة جسد الفراشة فنيا باسقاط فكرة الخريطة (جغرافية .مدينة) لما تمثله من صناعة بشرية ومن انتاج العقل ، ،، صار الشكل ذو نموذج مزدوج ( طبيعي و عقلي ) وكلا النموذجين يحمل آلية النمو والارتقاء و الموت والتحلل والفناء. حاولت الوصول الى شكل يمثل علامة أيقونية دالة قد تمثل شئ او تشير الى شئ تحيلنا الى تذوق العمل الفني من خلال ايقاظ العقل والملكات الواعية عن طريق الخيال والبصيرة غسان غائب
